Isocontrolli Srl has launched and implemented a Smart Working project that has as its objective the creation of innovative models of work organization to increase company productivity and the well-being of workers. To facilitate the reconciliation of working and living time by removing the constraints of the place where the benefit is to be performed and by leaving freedom of choice to the worker and the workers. The intervention Adoption of Smart Working business plans is implemented as part of the initiatives promoted by the Regional Operational Programme co-financed by the European Social Fund.
