Fixed Thermal Cameras
Compact thermal cameras with industrial protection for IP67-rated uses. They are powered and communicate using USB, which can be extended up to 10m using industrial cables, up to 100m using Ethernet cables and up to 10km using optical fibre. They are extremely fast and work at up to 120Hz, allowing for real-time heat analysis and radiometric video recordings at temperatures up to 1500°C. They are ideal for monitoring thermal transients in heating and cooling phases. The video files can be accessed retrospectively, including on a frame-by-frame basis, with the ability to vary all the parameters relating to a single image (emissivity, areas, hot spots, etc.). A true thermal oscilloscope that can be used in research and development but also to document inspection processes.
Portable Thermal Cameras
The portable thermal cameras start from a recommended resolution of 160x120 pixels (19,200 in total). The automatic focus makes it possible to obtain sharp recordings both close up and from afar (while the fixed-focus cameras are primarily suited to close-up recordings). They are easy to use, ergonomic and use a large, high-contrast 3.6” TFT display. The reporting software is included. The images can be downloaded using the memory card or the USB port. The thermal cameras use standard AA rechargeable batteries which can also be replaced in the field with normal alkaline batteries in order to ensure continuity of work.
